Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

We kindly request that you review our size guide carefully before making a purchase. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

We thoroughly inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.
